Workshops

Build the capability, not just the tool.

Practical, human-centred sessions for teams navigating AI, automation, data and digital change. Designed to leave people confident — not overwhelmed.

Where we stand

We don't teach AI to organisations planning mass layoffs. We teach AI to the resource-constrained — the teams who've been doing far too much, with far too little, for way too long.

If you're looking for a way to quietly replace people, we're not your partner. If you're looking to give stretched humans a bit of their week back, and to make thoughtful, ethical calls about where tech should and shouldn't reach — let's have a chat.

Half-day · in-person or online

AI for the Overwhelmed

For people who've been told to 'just use AI' with no time, training or context. We start from your actual week — the emails, the reports, the meetings you're behind on — and build a small, honest set of AI habits that give you time back.

You'll leave with

  • A personal AI toolkit built around your real work, not generic prompts
  • Confidence to say what AI is and isn't good at — out loud, in meetings
  • Time reclaimed in week one, not week ten

Best for

Individuals and small teams doing three people's jobs who need relief, not another platform to learn.

Half-day · online

The Quiet Automation Audit

A calm walk through your team's week to find the small, invisible tasks that are quietly eating hours — the CSV re-formatting, the status-update chasing, the copy-paste between tabs. We map them, size them, and pick the ones worth automating without breaking anything.

You'll leave with

  • A ranked list of the boring work worth removing first
  • Clear boundaries on what should stay human
  • A one-page plan you can hand to whoever builds it (us or someone else)

Best for

Ops, delivery and support teams who suspect they're the automation, and would like to stop being.

Half-day · in-person or online

Reading the Room: Data Without the Stats Lecture

Not a stats class. A working session on how to interrogate charts, sniff out dodgy metrics, and push back on a number in a slide deck without feeling like an idiot. Bring the dashboards that confuse you.

You'll leave with

  • A short list of questions that expose weak data quickly
  • A shared team vocabulary for talking about numbers
  • Fewer decisions made because 'the chart went up'

Best for

Leaders, program managers and anyone who nods politely at dashboards they don't fully trust.

Half-day · in-person or online

Where to Draw the Line: Ethical AI in Practice

The hard conversations, in a room. Where should AI touch our customers? What do we tell people? What do we never automate? Using your own use cases, we build a set of principles your team actually agrees on — and can defend.

You'll leave with

  • A plain-English set of AI principles specific to your organisation
  • A pre-flight checklist for new AI features or tools
  • Language for saying no when you need to

Best for

Teams making real calls about how AI shows up in their product, service or workplace.

Full day · in-person

The Tool Tidy-Up

You have too many tools. Nobody knows what's for what. A facilitated day to map every platform, subscription, spreadsheet and shared inbox — then work out what to keep, kill, or quietly merge. Includes the awkward conversations about who owns what.

You'll leave with

  • A single map of every tool your team actually uses
  • A shortlist of things to cancel, consolidate or hand over
  • Renewed sanity for whoever manages the credit card

Best for

Small orgs and teams whose 'tech stack' quietly became a tech pile.

Custom Workshop

Bring us the messy version of the problem. We'll design a session around your actual context — the tools, the tensions, the thing nobody wants to say in the all-hands. No templates, no filler.

You'll leave with

  • A session shaped around your real work
  • Outputs your team can act on the next morning
  • Optional follow-up so the momentum doesn't die

Best for

Teams with a specific challenge that doesn't fit a template.
